This Is Where It Really Is Christmas in July!

Come with me to a magical place where it's
cold and it really is Christmas in July!

This is The Carrington in the Blue Mountains of Katoomba, New South Wales, AU.

Come in!  Let's head to the lobby.

And sign in.

After we put our bags away how about a stroll through the village?

And do a little shopping...

On the drive back we'll stop at Govetts Leap Lookout to see the panoramic view of Grose Valley.

How pretty The Carrington looks in the evening.

Time to get ready for dinner!

Meet you in the dining room!

Where shall we sit?

After a long feast how about a little quilting in the living room by the fire?

Now it's late and the lights have dimmed.  We'll relax on the sofa with an after dinner drink before we turn in.

I's been a long day and I'm cold and tired.  Hope you enjoyed your visit!

We sure did!!

Bye for now!

  2. Hi Pam! Thank you for visiting! This Hotel is on my list of places to visit in the summer! It's so sweltering here I have to pull this up every now and then to remember that this heat wave isn't going to last forever. Please keep viewing. I'm hoping to keep my blog unique, interesting and fun! So far I'm having a great time trying!! Best, Cheryl
